memoring is designed to help you capture freely without treating your inner life like a product. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address so we can contact you about memoring. When the product is in use, a capture may include audio, its transcription, the structured reminder created from it, and the time you ask us to call you back.
How we use your information
We use this information to transcribe and structure your thoughts, schedule reminders, improve reliability, provide support, and communicate important product updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Cloud and on-device processing
When a connection is available, selected captures may be processed by cloud speech and language services to improve transcription and understanding. When you are offline, memoring is designed to keep captures and essential processing on your device until a connection returns.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information associated with your account. You can also unsubscribe from product emails at any time. Contact support and we will help with your request.
