These terms set the ground rules for using memoring. They are written to be clear about the service, your responsibility, and what you can expect from us.

Using memoring

You may use memoring to capture your own ideas, tasks, and reminders for lawful personal or professional purposes. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the content you choose to record.

Reminder reliability

memoring is built to work across connected and offline conditions, but no software can guarantee delivery in every circumstance. Device permissions, operating-system limits, battery state, connectivity, and local settings can affect calls, notifications, transcription, or scheduling.

Respectful use

Do not use memoring to record or process content that you do not have the right to collect, or to harass, impersonate, defraud, or harm another person. You must follow applicable laws and respect the privacy of people around you.

Changes to the service

We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of memoring as the product develops. When a change materially affects these terms, we will provide an appropriate notice.
